35x Wall-balls (20/14) to 10’ target

12x Burpee Box Jumps to (24”/20”)

6x Power Cleans (172/125)

*Scale wall ball weight to (14/10) and/or to 9’ target

*Scale height of box as applicable

*Scale power clean weight (L2: 135/95, L1: 95/65)

This WOD was created to serve as a charity event to benefit Urban Perform, a small non-profit on the west side of Atlanta who provides fitness and wellness programming to the underserved communities in the 30314 and 30318 zip codes. In these areas, there is a 13-year life expectancy gap as compared with the 7 zip codes comprising the Buckhead neighborhood in Atlanta. Additionally, the obesity rate in our community can reach as high as 35%, and is only poised to climb due to lack of affordable and accessible fitness and nutrition options. Urban Perform was founded in 2012 when our neighbors asked for a safe and affordable place to exercise. Since then, Urban Perform has grown to serve the Vine City, English Avenue, and Washington Park neighborhoods providing gym access to adults and kids alike, hosting mobile youth programs, and helping members lose over 172 lbs. last year! Our vision is to demolish “fitness deserts” one community at a time by making exercise and wellness accessible, affordable, and safe.
