Get ready to Punch and Plie Pulse your way through this 45 minute barre boxing workout powered by heart pumping Soca. The class combines boxing cardio intervals with barre inspired toning movements to give you a fun full body workout!

Yoga places focus on flowing sequences that move through set poses in a dynamic, athletic way. Emphasis will be placed on connecting breath and movement to propel you through the practice.

Friday, 7:30 PM

Cardio Boxing is an aerobic activity that blends martial arts with an intense aerobics workout. It is a non-combat, non-contact exercise that mimics many of the actions performed in boxing but removes them from the context of martial arts. The purpose of aeroboxing is building and maintaining physical fitness; it tones muscles and can greatly improve one’s cardiovascular fitness.

Monday and Wednesday, 6:30 AM

Get ready for a high energy class with bodyweight exercises, light weights and functional movements to bring your heart rate up, increase cardiovascular endurance and take those calories off. Expect 60 minutes of movement and different exciting formats each week.

Tuesday, 6:00 PM

D.A.S.H. With Ash is a full body high-intensity workout that incorporates partner exercises, circuit training, and intervals to help participants achieve optimal results. Ashley ensures all participants are equipped with the tools to develop and sustain healthy lifestyles for the long-haul.

Sound meditation promotes a state of stillness and releases stress in a way that is deeply nurturing, rejuvenating and transformative.

This class is a blend of meditation, reflective safe space and restorative sound experience. The class opens with a guided meditation rooted in a different intention set for each week, flowing right into sound bath. A sound bath is a meditative experience that supports states of deep relaxation, where stress releases and healing can occur through the use of crystal quartz bowls and gongs. Afterwards we hold space for each other to discuss and process all the new insights from the experience.

Please bring things that may aid in your relaxation on the floor: yoga mats, pillows, blankets, cushions, sleep mask, etc.
