D.A.S.H. With Ash is a full body high-intensity workout that incorporates partner exercises, circuit training, and intervals to help participants achieve optimal results. Ashley ensures all participants are equipped with the tools to develop and sustain healthy lifestyles for the long-haul. 

And sometimes, when the weather in Atlanta cooperates, Ashley likes to bring class outside for a change of scenery. Days like that usually culminate in a dash in the park just a couple of steps away from Urban Perform.
