Fitness Classes

Visit our online calendar for the most up to date class times. $2 per class or $15 per month for unlimited classes. Youth under 18 are free. All classes are 60 minutes unless otherwise noted. Classes are currently being offered at Redeemer Community Church in Vine City.

Class Descriptions:

20x20x20 – A full body workout for sure, 20x20x20 is 20 minutes of cardio,  followed by 20 minutes of strength, ending with 20 minutes of core! Modifications are provided so participants of all levels are encouraged to come!

African Dance – Let loose at the end of the day by moving and grooving to African beats. Who knew you could have so much fun and workout at the same time?

Bootcamp – With new variations each week, Bootcamp will provide a full body, cardio and strength workout. This evening class will have your heart racing while increasing muscular strength and endurance.

Cardio Pump – Get ready for a high energy class with bodyweight exercises, light weights and functional movements to bring your heart rate up, increase cardiovascular endurance and take those calories off. Expect different exciting formats each week.

Circuit Training – Circuit Training  is a great 45 minute class for those early morning risers! The classes are circuit style with new exercises taught each week. It is a great way to challenge yourself to get fit. Participants of all fitness levels can lose weight, gain muscle and increase all around health.

Fet-ness – The next dance craze is at Urban Perform! Come and check out Fet-ness Caribbean dance. Taught by a certified instructor, you are sure to get your sweat out and energy up!

Guns, Buns and Abs – If you’re looking for an all strength workout that focuses on these three zones, Guns, Buns and Abs is the class for you. With a variety of exercises each week you’ll never be bored!

Indoor Cycling – This high energy class provides a cardio workout filled with flat roads, hills and sprints! With adjustable bikes and resistance, all participants can work at a level that is challenging for themselves.

Pilates – In Pilates you can expect a mat based workout focused on improving core strength, flexibility, posture and balance. Work on strength and stability to leave feeling strong and relaxed.

POWER HOUR – Are you looking for a full body weight lifting class? This is it! Taught to the beat of the music, Power Hour will strengthen every muscle group in just one hour, so you’ll leave feeling strong and energized.

Step Aerobics – Take it back with this classic workout. Tone your legs and get in your cardio with Step Aerobics. With new combinations each week and easy to follow instruction, you will be dancing around the step in no time!

Strengthen and Lengthen – In this midday class, you can get those long lean muscles by performing exercises with your own body weight, lighter weights and Pilates moves.

Yoga – Yoga is known to help relieve stress while improving mood, posture and strength. All fitness levels are welcome to this hour of peaceful strengthening exercise.

Zumba –  Taught by a certified instructor, this dance class features exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Zumba is great for all fitness levels and before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring!
