3 new programs launching!

1.  Monday, May 7th we will start Open Gym and continue every Monday, Friday and Saturday.  This is time where individuals are welcome to workout on their own. You’re first visit is here FREE!!

2.  Wednesday, May 9th we will start a Black Girls Run group at 7am and continue every Monday and Wednesday! All women walkers, joggers and runners are welcome!!! This event is always FREE! Register for the Innaugural Run.

3.  Monday, June 4th we will offer 8 weeks of Sport Specific Training Camps for High Schoolers! To sign up please email info@urbanperform.org.  These classes will be taught by a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach with Collegiate and professional experience.

Zumba will continue at its normal hours.
